Digital downloads

Every Tend & Keep printable is a digital PDF delivered instantly by email and on your order confirmation page. There is nothing to send back.

Our 30-day promise

If a printable is not what you expected, the file is damaged, or you cannot open or download it, email us at hello@tendandkeepco.com within 30 days of purchase. We will fix the problem, send a replacement file, or refund your purchase.

• Requests are accepted for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• There are no return shipping costs and no restocking fees.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
• If you accidentally buy the same item twice, we will refund the duplicate.

Physical care kits

Physical products are not yet for sale. A return policy for them will be posted here before they launch.
